WHO WE ARE
MentalSafe UG is an organization in Germany its journey to becoming a nonprofit. We collaborate with employers to create mentally safe workplaces, providing protection for employees against, discrimination, retaliation, and bullying through customized training and support programs. Our purpose is to bridge this gap by empowering organizations to take a holistic approach to safeguarding their people.
